Make the app test suite partial compile again (gcc4). Commented out the cursor and message tests because I was not sure how to fix it. The UnitTester fails to load the addon, though. It can't get the

Moved AppRunner.*, PipedAppRunner.* and CommonTestApp.* to src/tests/kits/app/common, since they are not longer only used by the BApplication tests.
