refactor: Swap %Ld for %lld in all format usages
* %Ld is an undocumented alias for %lld in glibc.
* muslc doesn't implement it for this reason.
* While we will likely never drop %Ld support,

Could lead to wrongly setting the TYPE_MINUTE flag for an invalid (>59)
number of minutes. Harmless, as that flag is never used.

Interpret a year like 10 as 2010 and not as 1910 if the now time is near 2010. Add test case for that.
Should fix #7257.
