Improved sniffer rule of I-O-M files.
The "keyword" at the start of I-O-M files has changed some
time ago. Now sniffing for both possibilities.

Corrected mime_db for HVIF icons
x-vnd.haiku-icon had the wrong BEOS:TYPE and META:TYPE. At least
the META:TYPE is now corresponding to the type I-O-M saves icons.
